1. Applicability of these general terms and conditions

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from CESTHER and to every distance contract concluded between CESTHER and the consumer.

2. Price and payment

2.1 The price shown in the webshop is the total price including VAT. The shipping costs are stated separately.

2.2 Every effort is made to ensure that the prices shown are correct at all times. However, if the offer contains an obvious mistake and/or error, such as an unusually low price, the agreement is not binding for CESTHER and we are not obliged to deliver items at the incorrect price. If you have any doubts about the validity of an offer, please contact us by email.

2.3 You can pay for your order using one of the payment methods available in the CESTHER webshop.

3. Delivery

3.1 We do our best to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. We strive to ensure that the products are shipped correctly. If you nevertheless receive incomplete or damaged product(s), please let us know as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours after you have received the products. We will try to find a solution together with you.

3.2 Orders are shipped to the delivery address you provided and via the delivery method you have chosen.

3.3 In the event that an incorrect address has been provided, CESTHER is not liable for any costs you incur for providing an incorrect address.

4. Warranty and complaints

4.1 We do our best to display products in our webshop as completely and accurately as possible. Does the product seem different than expected? You can return it, only unopened and in the original packaging, within the 10-day cooling-off period. See the page ‘Exchanges and returns’ for more information about the right of withdrawal and returning orders.

4.2 Despite our efforts to illustrate the products correctly, we cannot guarantee that the colours of the products correspond exactly to reality. The same applies to the packaging.

4.3 If you have a complaint, we would like you to send us an e-mail or contact us via DM.

4.4 If you have discussed your complaint with us, but would still like to submit the complaint to another body, you can do so via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

5. Intellectual property rights

5.1 CESTHER owns all intellectual property rights relating to the CESTHER brand, the webshop and the products.
